Description

Contract Finance and Accounting is seeking a Tax Preparer in the Sacramento area. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors Degree and a CPA license is preferred.

Requirements:

-CPA or EA, preferred
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional accounting environment
-Thorough knowledge of general accounting, including ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts and post adjusting journal entries
-Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
-Essential Functions and Skills:

-Prepare complex individual, partnership, corporate and trust tax returns
-Assist with other tax services including planning and research
-Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Keen attention to detail
-Patient and calm demeanor under pressure
