Robert Half is hiring for a Payroll Specialist for a growing company in the Rockville, MD area. This position will be a temp-permanent position. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle payroll experience and knowledge of operational accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll
• Maintain employee payroll records
• Multi-state payroll processing
• Maintain relationship with payroll vendors
• Download and submit regular payroll reports to management
• Ensure all time sheets are submitted accurately and on time
• Maintain monthly payroll tax reports
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll and ADP experience is required.
