Description

We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Philanthropy Data Analyst in the healthcare industry, located in Rancho Cordova, California. As a Philanthropy Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organization, interpreting and visualizing data, and providing strategic insights to enhance our fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately collect, interpret, and analyze raw data from various sources
• Utilize data visualization tools to provide clear and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions
• Design and execute surveys, and analyze the resulting data to inform fundraising strategies
• Collaborate closely with management to prioritize business and informational needs
• Oversee the creation and delivery of reports and insights involving donor data, fund allocation, and program sustainability
• Use statistical tools to identify trends and patterns in data sets, aiding strategic decision-making
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer credit application processing
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Mining Techniques to effectively gather, analyze, and interpret complex data relevant to philanthropy strategies

• Demonstrated ability in Data Visualization to present data in a clear, concise manner that can be easily comprehended by non-technical stakeholders

• Experienced in creating Dashboards to provide visual representations of key data for tracking fundraising progress and donor trends

• Proficient in using Blackbaud software for donor management, fundraising tracking, and reporting

• Proven experience in Fundraising, with a strong understanding of strategies and principles within the healthcare sector

• Hands-on experience with a Fundraising Database, with the ability to maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of data

• Demonstrated ability in Fundraising Management, including planning, executing, and monitoring fundraising initiatives and campaigns

• Knowledge and understanding of Philanthropy, particularly within the healthcare context, with the ability to leverage this understanding to maximize fundraising efforts.
