Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the high tech electronics industry, located in Irving, Texas, United States. This role will be conducted remotely, providing a flexible and convenient workplace.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain detailed customer credit records.
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and conduct appropriate action when necessary.
• Assist with collections efforts, utilizing both phone and email outreach.
• Handle tasks related to invoices and cash receipts during downtime.
• Focus on accounts that are past due and escalate as necessary.
• Use Excel for AR collections.
• Familiarize and utilize various software systems including Microsoft Business Central and other ERP systems.
• Implement your knowledge of accounting functions, billing functions, and cash handling.
• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, and Cash Activity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.
• Experience with Epic Software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed.
• Proficiency in various Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is required.
• Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively is expected.
• Experience in Cash Handling is essential.
