Administrative Assistant (Remote Position)

Description

Administrative Assistant needed for a growing software implementation company. This role involves providing essential support to the sales and operations teams, with a focus on tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and customer communication.


Responsibilities:

• Facilitate administrative assistance for the sales and operations teams

• Handle scheduling duties effectively and efficiently

• Conduct data entry tasks accurately, ensuring the integrity of our records

• Process orders in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Follow up with customers as needed, maintaining excellent service standards

• Perform general clerical functions to support the smooth operation of the office

• Utilize ConnectWise software effectively to manage tasks and responsibilities

• Correspond with customers and colleagues via email, maintaining professionalism and effective communication

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to accomplish tasks

• Answer inbound calls, providing information and assistance as needed

• Make outbound calls as necessary, maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.


Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Strong customer service skills, capable of resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships
• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently, demonstrating excellent written communication skills
• Experience in both inbound and outbound calls, displaying effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and task scheduling
• Ability to create engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar customer relationship management software is a plus
