A growing company based Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Accounting Clerk! This role will primarily involve remote work, providing an opportunity for flexibility. If you are interested, we encourage you to apply today!

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintenance and updating of customer credit records.

• Resolution of customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Active monitoring and management of customer accounts.

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.

• Processing invoices for billing purposes.

• Performing account reconciliations.

• Conducting data entry tasks as required.

• Utilization of Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must
• Strong skills in Billing procedures are necessary
• Ability to perform efficient Data Entry is expected
• Proven experience in Invoice Processing is desirable
• Expertise in using Microsoft Excel is needed
• Knowledge of Oracle software is beneficial
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks is preferred
• Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage
