Description

We are in search of a HR Sourcer to join our team in Perrysburg, Ohio, 43551, United States. As a HR Sourcer, your primary role will be to manage key aspects of our financial services including auditing, compliance, and benefit functions using various tools such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Ceridian. This position provides a long term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for effective HR management.
• Implement ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer.
• Leverage Ceridian and Core HR skills for HR sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Manage benefit functions effectively.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in all interactions.
• Maintain all HR related records accurately.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Sourcer role or similar position
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must
• Experience in using Ceridian HR software is required
• Understanding of Core HR functions is necessary
• Proficiency in About Time software is preferred
• Auditing skills are essential for this role
• Must have strong skills in Benefits Functions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
• Compliance knowledge and experience in a HR context is necessary
