Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an experienced HR Recruiter. The successful candidate will be based in Tallahassee, Florida, and will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to recruitment and candidate management.
Responsibilities: • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, to identify and attract quality candidates • Proactively screen potential candidates for a variety of positions, including front counter, presser, assistant store manager, and general manager roles • Conduct intake interviews and schedule subsequent interviews, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process for all parties involved • Implement and manage full cycle recruiting initiatives, from posting job advertisements to finalizing employment contracts • Utilize effective communication skills to engage with potential candidates and to provide them with pertinent information about the role and the recruitment process • Manage and update candidate records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date • Use CRM and other applicant tracking systems to streamline and enhance the recruitment process • Conduct background checks on potential candidates as part of the recruitment process • Ensure all recruiting personnel are effectively trained and equipped to perform their roles efficiently • Develop and implement recruiting strategies, focusing on proactive rather than reactive measures.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Recruiting role • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Experience using Careerbuilder and CRM • Proficient in About Time and Applicant Track System • Conducts background checks • Understands benefit functions • Strong communication skills • Experience in behavioral interviewing • Conducts intake interviews • Experience in conducting interviews • Ability to conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews • Experience in corporate recruiting • Experience in full cycle recruiting • Familiarity with various recruiting initiatives • Experience in recruiting personnel
