Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Pataskala, Ohio, for a meticulous Accountant to become part of our team. In this role, you'll be tasked with handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the accurate processing of customer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate data entry into the accounting software systems
• Manage travel and credit card expenses efficiently
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for various accounting functions
• Maintain and manage the chart of accounts
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct auditing tasks as necessary
• Maintain balance sheet account
• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for financial management
• Leverage skills in CL Programming and Concur software

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Familiarity with Cl Programming is required.
• Experience with Concur is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions effectively.
• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is a prerequisite.
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
• Skills in Auditing are highly valued.
• Proficiency in managing Balance Sheet Account is required.
• Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is a must.
