Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in the Real Estate - Developers industry, based in Dallas, Texas. The selected candidate will be working in a dynamic environment, handling various tasks related to customer billings, accounts receivable, and transactional accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications
• Efficiently maintaining customer credit records
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Checking contracts and creating invoices based on them
• Ensuring that all billings are correct and accurate
• Recording customer payments and ensuring they are properly posted
• Retrieving necessary documentation for accounts receivable activities
• Navigating through parallel systems/multiple systems such as Yardi and ReApps
• Handling other accounting functions related to accounts receivable and order to cash operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Accounts Receivable Analyst or a similar position
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Experience in handling Cash Activity
• Proficiency in Yardi Property Management and Yardi Software
• Understanding of the Order to Cash process
• Experience in handling Cash Payments, Collecting Payments, Credit Card Payments
• Ability to Post Payments, Posting Payments, and Process Payments
• Experience in managing Aged Receivables
• Experience in handling Daily Receipts and Daily Cash Receipts
• Real Estate - Developers industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
