Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative. This is a remote position. You will be helpings customers resolve technical issues related to a product or service. Your will field incoming calls or messages from customers who are having trouble with a product or service.

Your responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing technical issues, guiding customers through steps to resolve issues, maintaining a record of customer interactions, and providing feedback to the product team regarding common issues. Candidates for this position need to have proficient problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, a deep understanding of the product or service being supported, and experience with customer service. You will be working Monday to Friday, and this is an immediate start.

Requirements

1. You must have 1+ years on helpdesk/technical support experience for this role.
2. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
3. Prior experience using a ticketing system.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
6. Patience and ability to manage stress, as dealing with frustrated customers can be part of the job.
7. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
8. Strong multitasking skills to effectively handle multiple tickets and prioritize tasks.
9. Solid understanding of the product or service they are supporting.
