Requirements

Major responsibilities
Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed Utilizing online research tools to find information Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events Ensuring key partners receive project information Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments Ability to multitask and meet deadlines 3+ years of business/office experience required All applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred Solid understanding of Adobe InDesign Complete Expense Reports experience Foundational knowledge in market research Knowledge of Administrative Assistance Expertise in database and file management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook High attention to detail
