How you will make an impact

- Conducting interviews

- Providing support with new-hire onboarding paperwork/orientations

- Executing various administrative duties

- Making internal recommendations

- Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

- Applying digital recruiting resources

- Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements


- The person we select will have to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity


- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals


- Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)


- Proven knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting


- e-Recruitment experience highly desired


- Foundational knowledge in Corporate Recruiting


- Proficiency in HRIS System


- Solid understanding of HRIS


- HRIS Database experience required


- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience


- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects


- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
