Description

Assist in upgrading all conference rooms Using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx to install and troubleshoot Troubleshoot electronic systems and equipment to provide basic repairs and record findings and coordinate dispatch with AV Integrator if/when needed Work with AV vendors to validate and test functionality of all AV and integrated conference rooms Provide technical support for Virtual Meetings (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)

Requirements

Collaboration experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Cisco products Knowledge and experience in hosting Zoom Meetings and/or Webex Meetings a big plus Knowledge of Management and Administration of Cisco Videoconferencing Systems a big plus (VCS, TMS, Webex Room kits, Cisco Codecs, Webex control hub)
