Robert Half is looking for someone who loves building solid customer relationships for a Customer Service Representative position. This long-term contract / temporary Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Arlington, Virginia. This position is for candidates who work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

Your responsibilities in this role

- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Organize and route incoming telephone calls

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Receive and send written business correspondence

Requirements

- Proficient with computers and technology platforms

- Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

- Inbound Call Center experience desired

- Knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology

- Strong familiarity with health insurance

- Confidential Documents experience preferred

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
