Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper that is highly skilled in accounting and enjoys working in an collaborative environment. If this sounds like you, you may be the candidate we are searching for. Your responsibilities

- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- Manage and review general ledger

- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

- Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries

- Look after archived records by categorizing documents

Requirements

- Accounts Payable (AP) experience

- Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Comprehensive knowledge of Quickbooks Online

- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

- Prior experience using accounting software
