Description

Robert Half is hiring a Business Analyst on a hybrid basis out of Columbia, MD. As a Business Analyst with our client, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and translating business needs into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly impact our company's strategic direction and contribute to our ongoing success.

Requirements

• 2-5 years as a Business Analyst
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Understand how existing systems works today, get the critical requirements needed to replace specific systems
• Must be able to understand what the business needs, and have a way of getting critical information to execute tasks
• Ability to work efficiently with PM’s and multiple business SME’s in multiple workstreams
• Proficient with Microsoft office, SharePoint, and Teams
• How to upload and keep track of files, uploads, versions, etc.
• Experience with Process Flow diagramming and how to properly document process flow
• Visio or other process flow diagram tools
• Experience with Agile Methodologies - Specifically PBI’s, Sprint Boards, Test Scripts, Test Cases.
• Critical thinking skills
