Payroll Specialist

-Full cycle semi monthly payroll for 160 employees, all salaried
-Check requisitions to accounting department
-Setting up liability payments
-Handle garnishments
-Liability reconciliations
-Year end reports and other projects as needed

*spanish a plus
*solid communication skills with a variety of people, patience and a little humor

Software- ADP Workforce Now (not needed), MS Office
Hours- 7:30a-4:00p (flexible)
*90 day 100% in office, 3 days in, 2 days remote after
