Robert Half is looking for multiple Billing Operations Analysts to join our team on a project basis for approximately 6 months. This opportunity allows for remote work. Do not miss out - Apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate billing information sourced from various channels to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
• Consolidate validated data into predefined Excel templates.
• Utilize web-based tools to efficiently transfer consolidated data into Oracle ERP.
• Collaborate with team members to seamlessly integrate billing information into the ERP system.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of validation processes and data entry activities.
• Proactively identify and communicate any discrepancies or issues encountered during validation and data entry.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data consolidation and manipulation.
• Preferably familiar with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Prior experience in billing or finance-related roles is beneficial
