We are offering an opportunity for an HR Generalist to be a part of our team. This role is primarily focused on recruitment and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The position is remote, providing a flexible work environment and is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Focus predominantly on recruitment, filling a variety of positions as needed
• Represent the organization in a professional manner when interacting with potential candidates and new employees
• Conduct thorough reference checks for potential candidates
• Use provided templates for recruitment and hiring procedures
• Undertake ad hoc HR projects as they arise
• Assist with enhancing employee engagement strategies
• Facilitate onboarding and welcoming new employees.

Skills
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS systems
• Understanding of 'About Time' software
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
• Compliance and Employee Relations expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of HR Generalist or a similar position
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software
• Demonstrated ability to perform Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
• Understanding of compliance regulations and procedures in HR
• Proven track record in managing Employee Relations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
