Administrative Assistant

Description

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a detail-oriented setting. This Contract-to-Permanent position is based in Washington, District of Columbia, and offers the opportunity to work closely with management and interact with residents and guests. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a dedication to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and residents in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
• Provide administrative support to the general manager and assist with daily tasks.
• Manage incoming calls and address inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Utilize property management software to update and maintain records accurately.
• Handle data entry tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing documents and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform receptionist duties, maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and improve workflows.


Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Proficiency in property management software and general office applications.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to maintain a courteous and approachable demeanor when interacting with residents and guests.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service best practices.
