Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. As part of this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Process orders and manage entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and deliver seamless service.
• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and empathetic support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to enhancing overall service quality.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Adapt to customer needs and provide tailored solutions to exceed expectations.


Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
• Proficiency in managing order entry tasks and handling inquiries.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
