We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues and document outcomes in CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams
• Identify service trends and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• CRM experience preferred
