As Scrum Master at WTW you are passionate about communication group dynamics and coaching and you are not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from our collective progress. You should have an insatiable appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones. If youre the right one for us you pay attention to details and take great pride in your work.
You will be a constant presence for all colleagues in the projects you manage focused on what drives them toward success and what challenges them in meeting their objectives. You will use this information to collaborate with teammates to ensure a healthy program that delivers quality software.
In this role you must be:

bull Naturally able to share lessons learned and best practices with others build relationships with stakeholders and broker relationships at all levels.
bull Able to work with management and teams to strengthen our agile culture as well as work with teams and individuals to inspire the goals of self-determination entrepreneurship and customer-centered thinking.
bull A change agent for teams leaders and the overall organization in establishing a lean agile culture
bull Able to assist teams and leaders in executing agile practices in a way that leads to continuous improvement.
bull Able to facilitate strong cross-organization communication on agile techniques. Work with other Scrum Masters and agile leaders to develop and foster cross-team communication.
bull Someone who uses experimentation as a tool for continuous improvement of team performance.
