Robert Half is partnering with a company who is looking for an IT support specialist located in Hanover, MD! A successful candidate in this role is an expert in troubleshooting, resolving tickets in a timely manner, and has the ability to travel to retail locations.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with and coordinate repair of end user hardware
• Installation or re-installation of software
• Resolving tickets in a timely manner
• Travel to various retail locations to troubleshoot IT equipment on-site
• Assisting with deployment and take down of workstations

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise with troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS
• Office 365 and Exchange knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Resolving escalated tickets
