Description

This role will:

 Perform IAM data analytics and develop data integrations using a variety of tools such as MS Excel MS SQL Server Oracle SQL Developer Active Directory/LDAP Informatica Tableau and others.

 Assist with the configuration administration and support of Hiltons IAM platform ecosystem including Sailpoint IdentityIQ PingFederate ServiceNow and Microsoft 365.

 Gather business requirements from stakeholders and leverage them to propose new IAM solutions and/or coordinate adoption of existing services within Hiltons IAM program.

 Define document and maintain business process flows data flows architecture diagrams and other process technical design artifacts.

 Coordinate and perform a variety of testing efforts including unit quality assurance user acceptance integration performance regression and production validation testing.

 Assist with the development distribution and demonstration of IAM change management training materials.

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

 Knowledge of IAM concepts including: authentication authorization role based access control RBAC least privilege access separation of duties / incompatible access grants access provisioning access review federated identity.

 Hands-on experience with data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Oracle Database ETL Informatica Power Centre and AutoSys or similar products.

 Experience with data integration through APIs especially developing connectivity to cloud based applications through REST APIs and testing connectivity through tools such as Postman.

 Hands-on experience with IAM products such as Sailpoint IdentityIQ PingFederate or other similar tools.

 Experience with Unix and scripting knowledge on Python Shell Scripts etc.

 Ability to understand ETL design source to target mapping STTM and creation of other ETL specifications documents.

 Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Clear and concise documentation and communications.

 Attention to detail and proficiency in dissecting issues into component parts in order to extract requirements identify problems and recommend tactical or strategic solutions.

 Adaptability to work with an evolving portfolio of technologies and platforms.

 Aptitude to innovate and approach problems with a variety of different approaches.

 Self-motivated willing to learn and responsible to deliver assignments on time.

 Knowledge of the hospitality industry and common hotel related business processes / functions.

Requirements

To fulfill this role successfully you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

 Seven 7 years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

 Five 5 years of specialized experience

 Any Licenses or Certificates Required: N/A

 Additional Requirements i.e. of travel time etc.: 0 - 20 Travel

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

 Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Technology or related field.

 Ten 9 years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

 Seven 7 years of specialized experience

 Any Licenses or Certificates Required: Data Integration Or IAM solution-specific technical certifications

 Additional Requirements i.e. of travel time etc.: 0 - 20 Travel
