Project Administrator I (Contractor) (Remote Position)

Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a virtual setting based in Pennsylvania, 19148, United States. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Additionally, you will support project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings and conference calls, and will be responsible for the development of presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate project scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Facilitate project logistics, including meetings, conference rooms, and conference calls.
• Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and perform basic follow-up.
• Assist in the development and delivery of presentations.
• Apply a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to plan and accomplish goals.
• Leverage your experience and judgment in project management to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the industry's practices and procedures.
• Ensure all project tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Act as a point of contact for all project related queries and concerns.

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.


Requirements

• Proficiency in project management and planning processes is essential
• Demonstrated experience in executing and managing logistics
• Proven ability to effectively manage and adhere to budgets
• Proficiency in conducting and managing conference calls and meetings
• Experience in managing and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to write and distribute meeting minutes effectively
• Familiarity with best practices and procedures in project management
• Experience in managing and booking conference rooms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software.
