Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in the Willamette Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with software implementation and building out the new ERP system

• Performing account, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations

• Managing the general ledger and journal entries

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks

• Handling the month-end close process

• Demonstrating expertise in the Epicor system

Requirements

• Possess strong expertise in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations.

• Proficiency in managing General Ledger and making Journal Entries.

• Demonstrated experience in Month End Close procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with Epicor software for accounting and financial tasks.

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive financial information.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Extensive experience in a similar senior accountant role is required.
