Description We are in the Wholesale Distribution - Non-Durable industry, situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and are currently looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part time contract role to help you grow your experience and resume! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for our customers, handling order entry, processing, and returns, as well as providing support for our sales team.
Responsibilities: • Oversee, process, and follow up on web orders throughout the day to troubleshoot and resolve any pending or outstanding issues. • Handle the entry of orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing for Wholesale, US, and International Distributor. • Manage the implementation of policies for all returns, credits, new customers, and all customer service communication. • Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, voicemail, and email, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and accurately. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date order forms, costs, and any additional paperwork by customer with appropriate pricing, margin, and accruals. • Set up new sales customers in the system and ensure all required paperwork is completed. • Support the sales team by sending product and collateral samples as needed. • Oversee the management of returns, ensuring all related paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently. • Assist with web support duties as required, including setting up Influencer audience savings codes and entering tracking information. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other software tools to maintain accurate customer records and manage order fulfillment.
Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role within the wholesale distribution industry • Proficiency in Log Shipping and Shipping Documentation • Adept in Inventory Tracking and management of Distribution Lists • Expertise in Order Fulfillment and Order Management • Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook • Experience in effectively answering inbound calls and resolving customer queries • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on customer needs and company objectives • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with tact and diplomacy • High degree of professionalism and a positive attitude in interactions with customers and team members.
