Description

We are in need of an Applications Architect to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role involves the development and architecture of Java applications, management of Azure services, and the design and implementation of REST APIs. You will have the opportunity to work in the telecom industry, utilizing your skills in Microservices, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure DevOps, REST API, JSON, API management, Java Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and architect applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
• Manage and integrate Azure services: API Management, Azure Kubernetes Services, CosmosDB, and Azure DevOps
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Utilize JSON for data structures
• Work with Microservices
• Lead and provide technical direction to the team
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java is essential for this role.
• Experience with Microservices is required.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) is needed.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps is expected.
• Knowledge and experience with REST API is important.
• Understanding of JSON is required.
• Experience with API management is necessary.
• Familiarity with Java Spring is desired.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot is essential.
• Knowledge of Spring Security is required.
