Claims Analyst

We are hiring a proactive and organized REMOTE Medical Claims Analyst who is responsible for analysis and research related to Medicaid claims processing utilizing EZCAP software. This position will be 100% remote and will be 40 hours per week. The number one requirement is having EZCAP software knowledge and medical benefits/claims knowledge.

The applicant will ideally be experienced in working within CPT and ICD10 coding. This position plays an integral role in organizing, analyzing, and administering claims.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage EZCAO software to efficiently organize and manage claims based on employee benefits  
• Configuration and maintenance of designated health plans benefit options by analyzing and interpreting benefits evidence of coverage to ensure authorizations and claims accurately reflect health plans coverage, cost shares, exclusions, and limitations
• Configure benefit options in EZCAP to appropriate benefit tables for corresponding health plans, lines of business, and networks
• Assist in reviewing daily benefit reports for missing benefit options and create identified benefit options and make system corrections as needed  
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and externa customers
• Additional administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

• EZCAP experience, specifically within the Benefit Module
• 2+ years of experience working with claims data
• Experience interpreting and configuring benefits within a health plan environment
• Experience analyzing and interpreting evidence of coverage documentation
• Working knowledge of CPT and ICD 10 coding methodology
