Description

We are seeking a temporary Receptionist for a short term contract employment opportunity. The temporary Receptionist is primarily centered around greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing office support.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls.

• Ensure efficient and timely data entry

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and manage timelines

• Utilize excellent customer service skills

• Use personal phone and computer for tasks related to the project

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is essential.

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

• Capable of managing timelines to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.

• Must have experience in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Must be legally eligible to work without sponsorship.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
