We are seeking a Part Time Office Assistant in Reston, VA.. The Part Time Office Assistant role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves a variety of tasks related to office administration, customer service, and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting and assisting employees

• Handle the multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries and directing calls

• Perform data entry tasks

• Managing inventory, including stocking supplies

• Strong communication skills to build professional relationships

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Familiarity with answering multi-line phone systems

•Looking to work part-time hours

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Strong problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent education level required.
