Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Veeva Vault Consultant in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. The chosen candidate will be part of a small team, working closely with vendors to support cloud-based applications in their environment, including Veeva Vault software, primarily used for managing documents for quality, clinical trial, regulatory filings, and all of the business process.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operation of cloud-based applications, with a primary focus on Veeva Vault. • Conduct user interactions to understand their requirements and the way they intend to utilize the systems. • Support in system upgrades, work towards improvements and alterations based on user feedback. • Manage simple tasks such as adding users to the system as per requirement. • Leverage business analysis skills to understand user needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Utilize project management skills to ensure any changes, updates, etc., are moving forward smoothly. • Ensure correct stakeholders, vendors, business users, etc., are engaged in driving changes and updates. • Manage regulatory documents, ensuring correct templates are used for FDA filings. • Act as a liaison between internal business teams and vendors for the update and rework of cloud-based contracts management system. • Work with multiple vendors and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Requirements • 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault as a power user or technical resource. • Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Document • Understanding of Detailed Business Requirements • Experience managing External Vendor and Vendor Relationships • Ability to work with Multiple Vendors • Knowledge of Application Components, Application delivery, and Application Lifecycle Management • Experience with Application Software and Application Support • Understanding of the Biotech and Biotechnology industry • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong written and oral communication skills
