Description

We are in the process of hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Alexandria, Virginia, United States. The core function of this role involves customer service in a call center environment, with a focus on answering inbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate account information to customers
• Manage email correspondence with customers, addressing their queries and concerns
• Direct calls to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date customer records with high attention to detail
• Process customer orders and schedule appointments as required
• Ensure all inbound and outbound calls are handled professionally and efficiently
• Use your customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Accurately enter customer data and other information into the company system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling and responding to inbound calls
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Strong skills in email correspondence and written communication
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
