Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that drive real-world impact. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning research concepts into scalable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Work on projects involving LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
• Develop APIs and pipelines to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
• Fine-tune and optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, generative AI, and deep learning techniques.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (PhD a plus).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python (plus: R, Java, or C++).
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, RAG pipelines, or model fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases and prompt engineering.
• Background in computer vision or time-series forecasting.
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and responsible deployment.
