Description

A Hospital located in Los Angeles is in the need of LVN Employee Health Coordinator. The LVN Employee Health Coordinator will play an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, utilizing the nursing process to provide therapeutic care to employees, hospital outsourced staff and volunteers at the Hospital. This person will be responsible for delivering services that meet or exceed detail oriented, organizational, community and regulatory standards and provide superior customer satisfaction. They will perform clinical and administrative services for new hires, hospital outsourced staff, volunteers, and injured employees. The LVN Employee Health Coordinator will administer immunizations, PPD skin tests, N95 mask fit testing and annual health assessments and will be actively involved in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. This person will also be involved with work related injuries, safety programs (EOC rounds, etc.), and wellness programs. They will also help monitor and track OSHA records and other statistical injury reports and assist with all injury reports providing essential information to assist with prevention of injury in the workplace. The LVN Employee Health Coordinator will track employees on workers’ compensation leaves and may assist with a Transitional Duty Program. The person will be responsible for maintaining well organized and up-to-date record keeping systems while ensuring confidentiality of employee health records. The LVN Employee Health Coordinator will participate in a collaborative work environment as demonstrated through teamwork and effective communication

Licensed Vocational Nurse, Compliance Management, Physician Credentialing, Compiling Documents, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
