Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for a IT Specialist (Systems / Network Administration) with a background in IT Support, Azure Cloud, Telephony, Networking, Office 365, AD, etc. If this sounds like your background, then this IT Specialist (Systems / Network Administration) role is for you. Hours/Duration: 40 hrs/wk, M-F, CTH or FTE

Day-to-Day:

• Work directly with the Director of IT and IT consulting teams to drive projects
• Support 200 users and 600 devices: Installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, installations, troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Support server operations
• Assist in the development and execution of projects for upgrades, installations, and maintenance.
• Utilize strong knowledge of company-wide cloud computing and networking technologies.
• Assist in planning of communication with projects and serve as the liaison with the IT vendor.
• Provide additional training after integration and roll out.
• Identify files to migrate to cloud
• Control access and permission of user access 
• Daily ticketing
• Work directly with the IT Director and IT vendor to plan, strategize timeline of projects.

Projects:

• Work directly with the Director of IT and IT consulting/MSP teams, to lay groundwork, plan, and execute 3 projects.
• Over course of 3-6+ months the projects will be: cloud migration (physical to cloud), update 365 to biz prem., set up telecom of 26 locations and consolidate to single server, Teams phones integration

Requirements

• Networking (Cisco Meraki preferably), Troubleshooting, Network Hardware
• Office 365
• Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Strong Communication
• 2+ Years of IT Experience
• Nice to Have: Experience with Telecom / Teams Phones
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with SharePoint
