Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for an IT Manager (Infrastructure & Operations) with a background leading teams, systems/network infrastructure projects, service desk operations, hands-on architecture, etc. If this sounds like your background, then this IT Manager (Infrastructure & Operations) role is for you. • Public administration, including budgeting, staff development, customer service and human resource management (various public sector / government / county departments)
• Effective management, supervision and leadership
• Project management, including organizing and managing a project, developing schedules, identifying critical paths, breaking down a project into individual tasks, and delegating assignments to project staff
• Designing and implementing information technology systems and networks
• Managing advanced/comprehensive, state-of-the-art information technology programs
• Evaluating requirements to provide technology solutions
• Advanced principles of troubleshooting computer hardware, software and network problems
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Server / VM Infrastructure
• Cyber Security / Network Security / Endpoint Security
• Network Architecture
• Service Desk Operations / Leadership
• IT documentation, presentation and training materials
