Lauderdale, Florida area to work onsite with their existing team. One requirement for this position is to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. This position's most important task is to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. Your responsibilities in this role

- Recognize and resolve risks proactively

- Develop and execute on complex project plans and key milestones

- Align project priorities to strategies/objectives

- Understand and handle project interdependencies

- Manage cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions

- Leverage the project team talent by assigning people to tasks accordingly

Requirements

- Technical experience including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

- Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

- 5+ years of project management experience

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

- Prior experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

- Experience managing complex technology and cross-functional projects

- Demonstrated ability to utilize resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
