Description We are currently seeking a skilled Real Estate Lease Analyst with proficient knowledge of Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment (SNDA) agreements for a contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining lease documentation and assessing relevant reports, expenses, and data systematically. Responsibilities: - Review, interpret, and summarize lease agreements, amendments and other related legal documents.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, such as finance, legal, operations, to resolve lease-related queries to ensure compliance with lease obligations.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate lease files, databases and reports accurately.
- Analyze operating expenses and real estate taxes to ensure compliance with lease.
- Oversee and manage the procedures involved with Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment (SNDA) agreements.
- Deliver recommendations and insights to management regarding lease transactions, rents, SNDA matters, and other rental expenses.
- Work closely with landlords/property managers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure that lease obligations are met.
- Participate in due diligence and lease abstracting activities.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate analysis, lease administration, or relevant role, preferably with SNDA experience.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate terms, lease administration, and real estate law.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge in real estate software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret complex lease agreement language and conditions.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work and make decisions independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
