Description Our Fortune 100 Client is looking for a Sr. Regulatory Adherence Coordinator. The Sr. Regulatory Adherence Coordinator will be remote but must live within driving distance to Ontario, CA. The Sr. Regulatory Adherence Coordinator is an exciting contract opportunity, apply now!
Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance of manual Health Plan Letters and post them to our Teams Channel correctly • Monitor updates on Health Plan Letter Templates, review them, and submit Letter Change Requests as needed • Perform quality assurance for letters that have been updated based on the Letter Change Request • Update the Letters Tracker as required • Identify compliance status and issues, communicating them to applicable audiences such as business leaders, product owners, and board members • Convey the potential impact of compliance issues and risks on our business operations and consumers to appropriate stakeholders • Utilize software skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, One Note, and Teams to perform tasks efficiently • Maintain a professional phone presence during working hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8-5 • Leverage knowledge of Word Templates, Excel, One Note, and Teams in executing tasks.
Requirements Knowledge of working with Word Templates in Excel, OneNote, and Teams. Managed care experience (Preferred)
