Business Services Coordinator (Remote Position)

Description

We are seeking a Business Services Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves a range of administrative duties and customer interaction in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our business services and will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks related to tax and assurance processes including document maintenance, e-filing, and confirmations.
• Act as a point of contact for internal clients concerning general administrative processes.
• Manage client engagement activities such as binder maintenance, new client acceptance, and electronic filing.
• Collaborate within the team to enhance administrative functions.
• Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence to ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external clients, screening calls and directing inquiries as appropriate.
• Assist with tax return processing and delivery to meet deadlines.
• Support the production of client deliverables to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and DocuSign to efficiently complete tasks.
