Primary Roles & Responsibilities Project Management - Oversee several data-focused projects, including but not limited to mailing lists, donor lists, monthly reconciliations, invitation lists, and data merges.
- In collaboration, support in the creation, copyediting and alphabetizing of the 2022 Annual Report donor list.
- Oversee the mailing list creation for the 2022 Annual Report, ensure appropriate contacts are included and excluded.
- Review regular reports for the individual giving team and validate/ confirm the data is accurate.
- Assist in overall development team operations and any administrative tasks associated.
- Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner as it relates to the development team.
- Ensure thank you letters are going out in a timely manner with no typos.
Individual Giving - Direct donor inquiries to the appropriate annual fund, major gifts, volunteer, or in-kind point person.
- Support review of Thank you call lists to review and send.
- Look up and analyze recent gifts and donor giving history as needed for the Individual Giving Team and other executive leaders at the organization.
- Ensure acknowledgment letter is approved for print and digital on a quarterly basis.
Event Support - Prepare and send thank you letters
- Prepare data reports
- Review and reconcile with Events Manager the completed/paid gifts from Live Impact into Greater Giving.
- Oversee event communications coming
- Support reconciliation of databases, ensuring everyone is thanked, cards charged appropriately, and any new information is logged
Requirements The Interim Individual Giving Manager must be a team-player who possesses strong development, project management, communication and record-keeping skills. Preference for someone with strong attention to detail and deadlines and a clear and concise writing style. Deep knowledge of Live Impact or other CRM platform essential. Experience with Asana a plus. - ASAP through September 15, 2022.
