Essential Duties:

• Assists the Configuration Manager in maintaining the accuracy of the information stored in the asset database 
• Works with the Procurement team, the Software Asset Administrator, and the IT Operations team regularly to update and maintain existing Hardware and Software Asset Management information, contracts, and entitlements.
• Creates and provides Asset Management reports to support business functions as required 
• Works with application owners across the organization to track, load, and maintain related asset data in ServiceNow and LeanIX
• Assists any required internal audits to verify asset inventory consistency and accuracy through reporting and dashboards within ServiceNow, LeanIX, and PowerBi

Requirements

• Equivalent experience in a related discipline 
• 2+ years of experience in Technology with a focus on Asset
• Management related tools and processes 
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
• Proficient organizational, analysis, and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to?multi-task high
• priorities 
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in
• interacting with a wide variety of people 
• Proficient at working both independently and as a team member 
• Experience with reporting in ServiceNow
