Robert Half Full Time Engagement Program is seeking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their organization to support multiple clients in the Peninsula. This permanent career is a non-exempt position with benefits to include, medical, dental, 401k, vacation and several bonus, potential programs to add to your compensation on a monthly basis.

Requirements

Our software client is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist/Payroll Accountant to support their organization on a full-time basis to support their Payroll Department as they are seeing extreme growth with both their domestic and international payroll.

-This Senior Payroll Specialist will be supporting the Global Payroll Manager and team o 4,

-Must have 4+ years of payroll processing experience, from start to finish,

-This consultant must have public company experience and follow SOX Compliance,

-Process payroll for both domestic and international to include Canada and Ireland,

-Payroll processing is for 300+ employees on a semi-monthly basis and monthly for international,

-This Payroll professional must have experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday,

-Able to communicate effectively with the management ream, internal team, employees and payroll vendors,

-Work effectively with the Talent Acquisition Team as well for new hires, terminations and change in pay rates,

-Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule such as 2 days in the office and 3 days from home,

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred

Software: ADP Workforce Now or Workday

Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level to include pivot table & VLOOKUP application is key
