Robert Half Full Time Engagement Program is looking to hire a Staff Accountant for their technology client in the Peninsula. This full-time position will offer benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, vacation and bonus, incentive programs to add to your compensation. There will be overtime during month-end close, quarter-end close and year-end close to include quarterly audits as well.

Requirements

Our Technology client is seeking a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of operational accounting to include start-up or public company experience.

Responsibilities include:

-Supporting the Controller and Accounting Manager on a team of 4,

-This Staff Accountant will be responsible for the monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations,

-Will be involved with month-end close, 5 - 7 day close,

-Collaborate on a daily basis with the Finance Team,

-Able to be flexible with the work schedule, 2 days in the office, possible, 2 days working from home,

-Support the audit schedules,

-Able to assist with special projects as assigned,

-Utilize multiple platforms and accounting packages,

-Must be able to communicate effectively with internal staff as well as vendors and management,

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Software: Must have NetSuite, Oraclefusion, SAP or Intacct
