We are seeking a Mid-level to Sr-level Project Manager to start immediately. What you get to do every single day

- Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

- Work in close cooperation with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

- Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

- Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials

- Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests

- Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief

- Determines project with correct ticket workflows and boards

- Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

- Assist the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Defines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Fosters help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

- Comes together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- In collaboration with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

- Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

- Commands project planning

- Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders

- Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status

- Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked

Requirements

- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

- You're sure to succeed in this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused

- This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a Project Management (PMP) certification

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Applicants with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools are preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of PMO (project management office)

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
