Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to fill a Cash Application Specialist position. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!

What you get to do every day

- Perform weekly general ledger reports

- Process and reconcile remittances and accounts receivables

- Record daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts

- Help manage customer database accounts

- Address discrepancies such as payment issues

Requirements

- Previous experience with Cash Applications

- 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department

- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

- Ability to multitask effectively
