Description

Robert Half is seeking out candidates in with outstanding customer service skills for a Call Center Representative position with one of its Fortune 500 healthcare clients, located in Newark, CA.

The Call Center Representative will:

• Respond to inquiries over the phone from members 

• Document and process customer correspondence

• Identify and research any inaccuracies in the processing of claim payments and route issues to appropriate parties for claims adjustments

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

In addition to the above-stated duties, the Pension Analyst must hold the following skills:

• 1 year of healthcare experience required

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
